Playa de Lobos

'Playa de lobos' places us with Manu and Klaus, Klaus and Manu during a night at a beach bar in the Canary Islands. What could start as a trivial encounter between two strangers turns into a peculiar relationship filled with intrigues, innuendos, metaphors, and grudges. However, little by little, they will uncover some issues in both of their lives that will shake their situation and the strange bond they were beginning to build. The tension will grow until Klaus makes the proposal he has been waiting for all night. 

Javier Veiga writes and directs 'Playa de Lobos', his second film after 'Amigos hasta la muerte'. Dani Rovira and Guillermo Francella are the protagonists who make up this acting duo full of nuances and tensions. Alongside them, Marta Hazas and Antonia San Juan are also part of the cast.

The film blends the genre of comedy with some elements of dark comedy and a final segment close to thriller. The feature film is produced by companies such as Zebra Producciones, Epos. Cine, and Medio Limón, the latter led by Javier Veiga and Marta Hazas, who have produced together 'Amigos hasta la muerte' and 'Pequeñas coincidencias', the series they both star in. 

'Playa de Lobos' is distributed by TriPictures and hits theaters on December 5, 2025.
