Since they were just children, Marcos (Raul Merida) and Alex (Iván Hermes) have played a dangerous and secret game which consists of challenging each other. If they lose or do not get to pass the test, they have to pay the price. The last time they met, Alex was in a coma because he was hit by a car while trying to cross a highway clogged with naked eyes. Marcos never went to the hospital to visit him and Alex has ende up moving on with his life alongside Marta (Elena Ballesteros), who was at his side until he was fully recovered. Marta's father has just passed away, and Alex decides to reconnect with his brother instead of being with her. Both decide to play again, this time without limits and to the end.
