Sorolla, la emoción del natural

Documentary film directed by José Luis Lopez-Linares. It's focused on the exhibition that Museo del Prado (co-producer of the movie) dedicated to Joaquín Sorolla in 2009.

It's a material which includes the testimony of leading experts in the work of the artist with the intention of offering a tour of his life and his work by using several works shown during the famous exhibition. The documentary also collects different experiences of Sorolla, showing his family history as well as several trips he made. All of this images and materials gives us a deep and intimate portrait of the artist that lets us understand some of his painting strategies.
