South from Granada

Fernando Colomo's lighthearted romantic comedy is based on the real-life adventures of British author Gerald Brenan (The Spanish Labyrinth) who fled England in the 1920s and settled down in a remote Spanish village for inspiration. Gerald must sort out his feelings and face down the machinations of the town's women, who map a future he doesn't want. What he wants is romance.
