Plot
The new project by the filmmaker Matt Tyrnauer is the documentary 'Studio 54', with which he has participated in several international festivals such as the Sundance Film Festival and the Provincetown Film Festival. The documentary introduce us to the story of one of the most famous clubs in New York City: Studio 54 (which gives the title to the documentary), from the moment of its foundation by Steve Rubell and Ian Schrager, two friends from Brooklyn with a very concrete vision of the society they lived in, almost forty years ago.
From its birth, Studio 54 became the epicenter of hedonism during the 70s, a moral doctrine that establishes satisfaction as the highest end and foundation of life.
