Bernard Arnault is one of the richest and most influential people in France. His greed and lust for power seems endless, which has led him even to relocate factories across the country for brands such as well known brands such as Dior and Louis Vuitton. This has left thousands of people in the dole queue without showing the least regard such a powerful character. Serge and Jocelyn Klur are a couple without work and they are about to lose their home due to massive layoffs caused by Mr. Bernard Arnault. But François Ruffin, writer and director of this documentary, is put in contact with the affected couple and he promises to help them recover what is rightfully theirs. Will David be able to win against Goliath?
