Plot
Dave Bannion is a honets cop in a place where the police is corrupted by a vicious gang. Bannion didn't know about until he is tipped off after friend's suicide. When a bomb kills his wife, he want vengeance and justice. Bannion and Debby who is a gangster's spurned girlfriend must use any means necessary to know the truth os every of this.

Columbia wanted Marilyn Monroe played the Debby Marsh' role but price was too high. Gloria Grahame had the role instead.
Fail on the parents guide
