The Fly

Seth Brundle is an eccentric research scientist who has invented the telepods, two matter transmission pods that teleports any object through space from one telepod to the other telepod. When he meets the journalist Veronica Quaife, he offers her a scoop of his research, that has been proved successful. First he transported a living creature without any problem but when he tries to teleport himself a fly enters in the cabin and they get combined in one body after the fateful teleportation takes place.
