Plot
Wong Kar Wai directs this biopic about the life of legendary martial arts master Ip Man. 'The Grandmaster' shows a time of changes in China with the fall of the fall of the last powerful dinasty. It is a time of war and chaos. This violent era saw also the rise of Chinese martial arts, with Ip Man as one of the most important names in this art. He will become a legend as one of the most lethal martial arts practitioner, and he'll pass his knowledge to the legendary Bruce Lee.
