Plot
The rich Mary Haines is not aware that her husband, a businessman from New York, is having an affair with a salesgirl. Her free time is spent surrounded by high society friends, going shopping, getting beauty treatments and commenting on the latest gossip. Among them are Sylvia Fowler, a countess, and Edith Potter, who knows a secret that she does not know: her husband cheats on her with Crystal Allen. Sylvia and Edith make all kinds of arrangements for Mary to find out about the gossip.
