As summer approaches again, kids from different places come together to attend AdironACTS, a scrappy summer camp in upstate New York that's a haven for budding artists. After its indomitable founder, Joan, falls into a coma, her clueless son, "crypto-bro" Troy, is tasked with keeping this actor's paradise running. With financial ruin in the offing, Troy must join forces with Amos, Rebecca-Diane and their crew of eccentric professors to find a solution before the curtain rises on opening night.

Joining forces for the first time, feature film directing duo Molly Gordon and Nick Lieberman celebrate the deranged, brilliant educators and magical spaces that allow children to be themselves and find their confidence, honing the details after decades of experimentation of life in a camp.
