The Tree of Wooden Clogs

Film influenced by the italian neorealism. Revolves around four different italian families of farm workers, set in Bérgamo in 1898. This fresh air proposal of the director Ermanno Olmi moves us to the comunist revolution, which emerged among the poorest italian families of that age. The tittle is because when spring arrives, one of that four families decided to cut a tree, because their son needs a pair of clogs to walk to the school. But the property of the land discover it and he ejects them.
