Welcome Home: Una historia de familia

Paul Rogero directs this documentary that seeks to show the process of surrogacy. The protagonists of the film are Mario and Sergio, a couple who have decided to have a child. To do this they will look for a way to become parents, after taking the vital decision to want to become a family. To do so, they are going to use the technique of surrogacy, which will allow them to have a biological child. During their tour, not only they have to travel to different parts of the world, but they will begin a personal journey that will serve to take a closer perspective of this process. Their destination is Los Angeles, where they will meet Edith, a young woman who will be chosen to have Galileo, the son of Mario and Sergio. Through this documentary we will see how the prospective parents are prepared, sharing their thoughts, fears and above all, their experience.
