Unwanted

First feature by director Lena Lanskih, who co-writes the script with Ekaterina Perfilova, 'Unwanted' is the story of Vika, a fourteen-year-old girl who lives in a small provincial town in the Russian region of the Urals. Vika collects forest fruits that grow in the wetlands and together with her mother they sell them in a street market. She likes dancing and choreography classes at school, but she has a problem: she is pregnant with a baby that she doesn't want and that no one should ever know about.
