Plot
'Virgin Mountain' is an Iceland film directed by Dagur Kári ('The Good Heart'), that is focused on Fúsi (Gunnar Jónsson) story, a man in his forties. A social misfit who suffer overweight and never has had parter. He is only focused on the Second World War, of which he reproduces battles in small figures in his mother apartment, the place he live in. After receiving an offer to go to dancing classes, his life will change forever, due to he meets Sjöfn (Ilmur Kristjánsdóttir), another social misfit and lonely woman as him.
'Virgin Mountain' won in Tribeca's Festival Best actor, Best movie, and Best script prizes, and in Valladolid International Festival, Gunnar Jónsson also won Best actor category.
