While there's quite a handful for gore films out there, for some fans only a few are a must-see. That said however, it's likely that even they have a hard time watching 'The Human Centipede' and its 2 sequels (2011 & 2015) from beginning to end.

 The Onania Project

Tom Six kicked off the saga back in 2009, and ever since, the 'The Human Centipede' films became somewhat of a cult within the gore genre. While the saga may have ended, the director is not done yet.

Most recently, the filmmaker announced his upcoming project: 'The Onania Club'. The film's set have a majority female cast, but not much else is known. Speaking of the project, Six mentioned it's going to be "one of the most vile and inhuman experiences of all time".

'The Human Centipede'

The director's original project, 'The Human Centipede' begins when two young Americans are left stranded in a German forrest when their car breaks down. On their search for help, they stumble upon a modern yet isolated house, the owner of which is a crazy, German surgeon, with an even more sinister plan; He wants to create a human centipede. The surgeon has already been keeping a Japanese man against his will, and now, with the arrival of the two Americans, his work can really begin.
