13 Reasons Why

Based on the best seller written by Jay Asher, 'Por trece razones' ('13 Reasons Why') tells the story of Hannah Baker (Katherine Langford), a teenager who, before committing suicide, decides to record some cassette tapes explaining the reasons why she has decided to end her life.

The series features Selena Gomez as an executive producer and premiered on Netflix in March 2017. With a total of 4 seasons and 49 episodes, the fiction became a global phenomenon, generating debates about bullying, mental health, and teenage suicide. 

Its cultural impact was enormous, both for the way it addressed delicate topics and for launching its protagonists to fame.
