Acantilado

'Acantilado' is the new film directed by the Spanish filmmaker Helena Taberna based on the book 'El contenido del silencio' written by Lucía Etxebarria starring Daniel Grao, Goya Toledo and Ingrid Garcia-Jonsson.

Gabriel (Grao) has been living a pretty good life until he receives a phone call that would change it all, corrupting his peaceful life. A cult group in the Canary Islands organized a collective suicide as their final work and after recovered the dead bodies from the sea, they'll find out that Cordelia, Gabriel's sister, is still missing. To understand what really happened, he will travel to the Island to find his lost sister, to whom he hasn't spoken in years, seeking the truth about her disappearance while the secrets are hunting him.
