Across The Waters

1943. During the Second World War and with a Denmark occupied by the nazis, the German invaders are about to deport every Jew in the country. Arne Itkin, a jazz musician, knows by his neighbours that they are on the verge of being expatriated, so he takes his wife an five years-old son and try to escape to Sweden. However, it will not be an easy task due to the fact that both Gestapo and Danish collaborators are doing whatever it takes to stop everyone who attempts to escape the country unlawfully.
