Plot
Following the poem "First Dream" by Sr. Juana Inés de la Cruz, this film tries to be stealthily constructed, but at the same time, in a rather extreme aesthetic way that we could call "documentary expressionism" (in which a dark deep is barely interrupted by few flashes of light). At the beginning of the poem it is named "the shadow born earth" and that materializes in the film by Nicolás Pereda with a unique chromaticism that slips to an infinite variety of colors.
In addition, this documentary covers the field of fiction filmed with the reality that also exists behind the camera. The director and actress Jesusa Rodríguez, is responsible for giving body to this film whose expressiveness and rhythm follows its own pace and passion in an unusual way.
