Apropierea

'Sin Aliento' is the film adaptation of the book written by the Romanian writer Marin Malaicu-Hondrari, 'Apropierea', that narrates a love story. Adrian (Mihai Smarandache, 'Capace') is an illegal immigrant who manages to get to Spain trying to reach a better world. Nonetheless, poetry is a really difficult profession, even in his new country, where he'll find a million problems. While he struggles to get on and find his place, the protagonist will meet Maria (Belen Cuesta, 'Holy Camp!') on Saint Joan's night at Candas' beach. This incident will inevitably disrupt the plans for both of them. The movie is a co-production between Spain and Romania and it was shot entirely in settings of both European countries.
