Beautiful Minds

Louis and Igor have two completely different lives, the former runs a funeral home and is the prototype of a confirmed bachelor dedicated to his work and the latter delivers organic vegetables while spending his free time reading Socrates, Nietzsche and Spinoza. But there is one thing that distances them even more: Igor was born with cerebral palsy and is disabled.

Together they will embark on a journey in Louis's hearse transporting the body of the late Madeleine to the place where she is to be buried. Along the way on this journey dotted with encounters, Louis and Igor will conquer freedom, separating themselves from the gaze of others, learning to love life as it is.

'Beautiful Minds' is starring, directed and written by Bernard Campan and Alexandre Jollien loosely based on their true friendship, although the idea of ??bringing it to the big screen came from Philippe Godeau, the film's producer, who seeing them together did not he doubted they shared a story that needed to be told. Rounding out the cast are Tiphaine Daviot, Julie-Anne Roth, La Castou, Marie Benati, Marilyne Canto, Sofiia Manousha and Anne-Valérie Payet. The writer Hélène Grémillon also signs the script with the collaborations of Manuel Poirier and Marine Autexier.
