El test

'El test' is a comedy based on a play by Jordi Vallejo. The movie follows the storie of a group of people who must face a difficult question that can change the future of their lives. ¿What whould you prefer? ¿A hundred thousand of euros right now or one million but in ten years? It can look easy, but the problem comes when a marriage, Héctor and Paula, have different answers. Toni, his old and wealthy friend of the university, puts them a challenge with this choice because the marriage is in a very bad economic moment right now. Héctor thinks that with the hundred thousand euros he can renovate his old and ruined bar to turn it into a successful business, while Paula prefers to wait ten years for the million euros.

The film has been directed by Dani de la Orden, known for directing many Spanish comedies, among which we can highlight 'Mamá o Papá', 'El Mejor Verano de Mi Vida', 'Loco Por Ella', 'Hasta que la boda nos separe' o 'El Pregón'. It will also count with the photography by Pau Muñoz and music by Fernando Velázquez. In turn, the cast is made up of Alberto San Juan, Miren Ibarguren, Blanca Suárez, Carlos Santos, Antonio Resines and Luna Fulgencio.

'El test' has been nominated for Best Spanish Film at the Malaga Spanish Film Festival.
