Plot
Jonal Cosculluela's first feature film written by Amilcar Salatti and starring the young actor Reinaldo Guanche.
'Esteban' tells the story of a 5 year-old boy who discovers a source of satisfaction and happiness in music. After casually showing an innate talent for playing the piano, Esteban will fight to make his dreams come true: he wants to become a famous musician. That's the reason why the kid must overcome several and big obstacles in order to achieve success.
'Esteban' is a story of hope, enthusiasm and personal transformation. This drama has a soundtrack created and performed by Chucho Valdés, the most influential figure in modern Afro-Cuban jazz. The film also stars Yuliet Cruz, Manuel Porto and Raúl Pomares.
