Fatima

Philippe Faucon directs this film about a harsh reality that in recent times is happening in many countries. Fatima is a woman who has immigrated to France with the intention to give a better future for her daughters. She lives alone with her daughters, Souad, a teenage rebel of fifteen years and Nesrine, a young woman who just started the university of Medicine. Fatima will encounter various obstacles in her life, including the language. With a very poor French, every day is a new mission to communicate with her daughters. Working as a cleaning woman for many hours, she suffers a fall down the stairs having to ask for a license to recover. During this time, Fatima start writing her daughters in Arabic everything that she couldn't be expressed in French.
