Hampstead

'Hampstead' is a British comedy drama directed by Joel Hopkins and written by Robert Festingert. The film is set in the community of Hampstead, UK.

Emily Walters is a widow who lives outside the Hampstead Heat, London. Emily does not manage to focus on those things that require her attention like her apartment, her finances or her son. But one day she witnesses how a man who lives in a ruinous hut is attacked by a band of professional thugs. Then, she calls the police and her life, calm for 17 years, is threatened by real estate developers.

The film is a love story between two people whose relationship will help them overcome the obstacles that put live on the road. The cast also features James Norton, Jason Watkins and Lesley Manville, among others.
