Plot
The movie plot takes place in Northern Ireland in the mid eighties, in the middle of a diplomatic crisis between the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Peter Kerrigan and Ingrid Jessner are in Belfast to investigate the murder of Paul Sullivan, an American activist for the human rights, while he was with an IRA sympathiser. During the investigation, the two investigators discover a tape recorded during a Conservative Party meeting, were the members of the party are discussing the rise to power of Margaret Thatcher and how the arranged it.
