Hotel Cambridge

Hotel Cambridge opens its doors to immigrants, refugees and homeless workers looking for a decent house in the city of São Paulo. The film is both a fiction and a documentary about the mass exodus of refugees and the quest for a place to survive. It is in São Paulo where they find this building, a place which will become a place to live among people of diverse cultures and origins. We will see the distribution of labors, debates to overcome the differences between characters and the birth and death of love stories. We will also see how they communicate with the families left behind. The victims, so, become actors and actresses of this project that shapes the current reality through tragicomedy.
