Plot
A renowned musician suffers from insomnia due to stress and anxiety; one day he is dragged into a hell when he meets a stranger, who makes him start reflecting on his own existence, wanting to reach the deepest part of his being. To do this, he embarks on a journey that forces him to judge every aspect of himself.
The film, directed by Trey Edward Shults, the director of 'It Comes at Night' (2017) and 'Waves' (2019), stars the famous singer The Weeknd, who plays the character of Abel, alongside actress Jenna Ortega, known for her leading role in the Netflix series 'Wednesday'.
Additionally, the film features other renowned actors such as Barry Keoghan, who appears in 'Saltburn' (2023) and 'The Killing of a Sacred Deer' (2017). 'Hurry Up Tomorrow' premieres in theaters on May 16, 2025.
