Jane by Charlotte

Afraid to watch time go by, Charlotte Gainsbourg sees her mother, Jane Birkin, in a whole new way, considering that the two share a very private character. Through the camera lens, they expose each other already as they begin to step back, leaving room for a new mother-daughter relationship to develop. Gainsbourg felt that after moving to New York both women had grown apart and the death of her sister had affected both of them in such a way that they were no longer able to tell each other how much they loved each other.
