Plot
'Josee, the Tiger and the Fish' is an animated japanese film that presents a beautiful tale of love and frienship between two young people. He is a young university student named Tsuneo, who studies a degree in Marine Biology and she is a girl named Josee, who has been in a wheelchair since she was very little. Josee likes painting and books, because this things let her escape for a while from her own situation. Both of their lives will cross by chance one day, when Josee trips and is thrown out of her chair. About to crash to the ground, she runs into Tsuneo, who picks her up in her arms, saving her life. After this incident, Josee's grandmother decides to hire Tsuneo to take care of her granddaughter, offering this as a part-time job for him. At first, Josee is a little bit rude to Tsuneo, and she does not make things easy for him. But Tsuneo doesn't give up on her and little by little a beautiful friendship will grow in them. Meanwhile Tsuneo struggles to get his dream come true, which is to find a special type of fish that only lives in Mexico. Thanks to him Josee will make her fantasy worlds and her wildest dreams come true. Worlds that only used to take place in her own private imagination. The film is directed by Kotaro Tamura.
