La millor opció

Koto is an active and impulsive young african man, born in a refugee camp in Sahara desert, where he lived when he was a kid. It's been a while since then and he now lives in Spain, in the paddy fields of the Delta del Ebro, with his foster parents. But one day, Koto falls ill and starts feeling like his head is about to explode, until he faints and is taken to the hospital. There, the doctors surprise him with the news that he urgently need a kidney transplant. His best option is that his donor is her biological mother. That is how hell starts for Koto, who watches how the world he had already left behind meets his own. Far removed from African's customs and beliefs, Koto will have to be able to conciliate everything in order to save his own life.
