Plot
Samay (Bhavin Rabari) is a 9-year-old Indian boy who lives in a small village with his family. One day, he discovers the cinema and is totally fascinated. As a result, he returns to the cinema every day, much to his father's annoyance. As the days go by, he realises that stories become light and light becomes films. So he and his friends try to make a device that projects light so that they can watch 35 mm films.
It is written and directed by Pan Nalin, winner of more than thirty international awards for 'Samsara'. He also helmed 'Seven Goddesses', the first Indian film to win the Audience Award at the Rome Film Festival in 2015.
