'London Has Fallen' trivia and fun facts

The film is set three years after 'Olympus Has Fallen'.

Fredrik Bond was set to direct, but dropped out due to creative difference.

This is the second time where during a gun fight that Mike Banning has shouted out "R.P.G." (Rocket Propelled Grenade). In Olympus Has Fallen he shouts out the same thing outside The White House during the initial attack.

The Boeing 747-200 (G-BDXJ) used as Air Force One at Stansted Airport is the same one used in Casino Royale when it posed as the SkyFleet S570.

The jogging sequence at the start of the film which you would presume is somewhere near the White House, was filmed in Kensington Gardens in central London.
