Plot
'My Golden Days' is the new dramatic film directed by French filmmaker Arnaud Desplechin starring Quentin Dolmaire and Lou Roy-Lecollinet as Paul and Esther with the collaboration of award winner Mathieu Amalric as Paul as an adult.
This film take us back to the main character's past using flashbacks. Paul is a man who spends his days remembering his youth and his one and only love of his life, Esther, before he has to leave to Tajikistan to work. During those walks through Memory Lane, he will remember the bad relationship he had with his brother, his mother's bad temper and the unfortunate encounters with his father, his life in Paris, his best friend's betrayal but most importantly, he will remember the girl who stole his heart.
