Our Lady of the Assassins

'Our Lady of the Assassins' tells the story of Fernando, a 50-year-old man that goes back to Medellin, Colombia, after a long time out; and Alexis, a young man with whom he has a romance and has an active life in the crime world. One they, Alexis is fatally wounded by other members of the local mafia. Fernando, consumed in grievance, starts his search of his lover's killer in the city suburbs. In this moment, Medellín was known all around the world as the planet's crime capital, due to the rising figure of Pablo Escobar and his cartel. This is a love story, a crime story and a death story, of a man that loses the person he loves the most in the world and has to keep up wit a boy that just resembles physically Alexis.
