Ruby Gentry

A farmer with a very strong character named Ruby (Jennifer Jones) falls in love with Tackman (Charlton Heston), a man who has arranged marriage with the daughter of a lord of an estate owner. Out of spite and jealousy, she marries with Gentry (Karl Maiden) one of the most powerful men in the region. A marriage with many problems, Ruby will be finally charged with the death of her husband when it really was an accident.
