A group of friends make a nocturnal visit to the city morgue to surprise Amy on her birthday. But the surprise takes them when the body of one eye of a brutal psychopath Jacob Goodnight rises unexpectedly from a cold slab. His wild party quickly turns into a terrifying slaughterhouse where the sadistic murderer returns to his old ways, killing people with their hooks, surgical knives and saws.
