Plot

Sisters Nora and Agnes reunite with their father Gustav, a charismatic and once-renowned film director. After years of estrangement, Gustav, now in a different stage of his career, proposes to his daughters to rekindle their relationship. To Nora, a talented theater actress, he offers the lead role in his upcoming movie, an opportunity that seems like redemption for her. However, Nora, deeply hurt by her relationship with her father, rejects the offer. To her surprise, Gustav assigns that same role to a young Hollywood star, who, with her energy and enthusiasm, soon becomes the center of attention.

The reunion with their father highlights the unresolved tensions between the sisters and Gustav. While Nora struggles with the frustration of being replaced, Agnes, who has a calmer relationship with him, tries to mediate. The situation becomes even more complicated with the arrival of the American star, who not only ignites a war of egos but also tests the already fragile family bonds. The sisters must confront their own feelings of abandonment, rivalry, and love in an environment where the past and present intertwine, forcing them to redefine their relationship with Gustav and with each other.

The film, through moments of tension and reflection, explores the complexities of family relationships, the sacrifices made for a professional career, and the emotional wounds that never fully heal. The three women find themselves caught in a dynamic of power, jealousy, and reconciliation that could forever transform their family history.
