Plot
Written and directed by american filmmaker Jeff Nichols ('Mud', 'Midnight Special'), 'Shotgun Stories' chronicles the events and disputes that are triggered within a family of siblings when the father of all of them dies. The Hayes family then embroiled in a war of egos that results in a dramatic tense thriller that reveals the baser instincts of human beings. Three brothers have been inculcated since childhood in the bitterest of hatreds to new children of his father. This animadversion is produced by his cruel and heartless mother. The film is starring by Michael Shannon, Douglas Ligon, Barlow Jacobs, Michael Abbott Jr., Travis Smith, David Rhodes, Glenda Pannell, Natalie Canerday and Lynesse Provence.
