The Black Demon

Paul Sturges is an oil company worker who spends an idyllic vacation in the blue bay of Mexico with his family. It is then that he takes the opportunity to carry out a brief routine inspection of the platform that is located in the middle of the ocean. A priori it seems like a simple enough task, but it ends up turning into a terrifying nightmare when he finds himself facing a bloodthirsty megalodon, with the name of The Black Demon, who is obsessed with protecting his territory at all costs. In this way, the family will be abandoned in the middle of the sea, having to find a way to return back to land, always keeping in mind the constant threat of being swallowed by the shark and trying to avoid its deadly attacks.

Adrian Grunberg, who is an expert in high voltage movies, since he has been a director on films such as 'Rambo: Last Blood' with Sylvester Stallone and 'Holidays from Hell' with Mel Gibson; he is in charge of directing this bloody thriller. The film stars Josh Lucas, known for his roles in 'Le Mans '66' and 'Sweet Home Alabama'. The story is based on a popular Mexican legend that has been passed down from generation to generation, and its cast is completed by Fernanda Urrejola, seen in 'Cry Macho', Julio Cesar Cedillo, seen in 'Sicario'; and Jorge A. Jiménez, from 'Narcos'.
