Plot
Faith Akin directs 'The Cut', a historic drama that takes place in Turkey in 1915. A raid ends up with the captivity of every Armenian man in Madin, and among them we find a young blacksmith. When Nazaret Manoogian gets to survive his captivity, he starts looking for his two daughters. This search takes him to different places in the world, like de Mesopotamian Desert, La Habana or North Dakota. In his journey he'll have to learn to perceive who to trust. Faith Akin earned a Special Mention for 'THe Cut' at Venice Film Festival.
