Plot
The Weinstein Company is producing this film about the beginnings of McDonald's, one of the most famous fast food chains in the world. 'The Founder' is directed by John Lee Hancock, written by Robert Siegel and starring Michael Keaton as the main character.
The 'Birdman' actor plays the role of Ray Kroc, a salesman that met the McDonald's bothers Mac (John Carroll Lynch) and Dick (Nick Offerman) who operated a small hamburger restaurant and dreamed about creating a way to make and serve fast food that everybody would like during the fifties. This film shows the process of creating the world-known fast food company and all the problems Ray Kroc had to become the new owner of the McDonald's restaurants.
