The Intent

Produced by Nicky Slimting, the movie tells the story of Gunz as he jumps into a world of excitement when he joins the crew. Led by the ruthless Hoodz, the team goes from selling low-level weed to carry out armed robberies within a night. Their new reputation affords them a life of guns, drugs and girls but they also catch the attention of the state forces and a rival gang. To make things worse they have been infiltrated by an undercover policeman, but does he want to betray the team or will he stay faithful?

'The Intent' caused a big stir in the U.K through social networks, due to the main cast being strong acts on nowadays hip-hop: Scorcher, Krept and Konan, and Fekky. The film is directed by Kalvadour Peterson and Femi Oyeniran.
