The king of Havana

After escaping from the reformatory, Reinaldo tries to survive in the streets of Havana at the end of the nineties, one of the worst decades for the Cuban society. Hopes, disenchantments, rum, good humor and most of all hunger, are his companions in this journey, until he meets Magda (Yordanka Ariosa) and Yunisleidy (Héctor Medina Valdés), also survivors like him. Between the arms of one and other, he will try to evade from the material and moral misery that surrounds him, living love, passion, tenderness and the most shameless sex to the limit.

Agusti Villaronga ('Pa Negre', 'Child of the Moon') wrote and directed a film that also features Lia Chapman, Jean Luis Burgos, Chanel Terrero and Maikol David.
