Plot
Lord Von Ketten (Marcello Urgeghe) decides to go to Portugal in his search for a wife. After their honeymoon, the marriage settles on a castle placed between Italy and Austria. The nobleman will have to come back to Italy to solve the conflict he has with the Episcopate of Trent, leaving his wife and son with the promise of coming back soon. A period in which the Portuguese woman will live different adventures on her way to freedom and self-knowledge.
After 'The invisible collection' (2009) and 'A woman's revenge' (2012), Rita Azevedo Gomes adapts again a book in her filmography. This time it's based on the second of the three stories in 'Three Women', by Robert Musil. A film released for the first time in the International Mar del Plata Film Festival.
