The Red Sea Diving Resort

In the early 1980s, Kabede Bimro (Michael K. Williams), an Ethiopian Jew, and Israeli Mossad agent Ari Levinson (Chris Evans) work together to help Ethiopian Jews flee the country and seek refuge in Israel. Ari soon realises that these difficult and risky missions would be less complicated if they had some sort of cover under which they could transport the refugees over the border. He goes to Israeli intelligence officer Ethan Levin (Ben Kingsley) and suggests that they rent the Red Sea Diving Resort, a coastal hotel in the Sudan that has been long abandoned, and use it as a front to allow them to evacuate greater numbers of refugees. Though such tactics are considered unconventional by his superiors, Levin agrees to approve it and Ari recruits various friends and colleagues to help him get the refugees to safety under the cover of the hotel. When they shift base to the Red Sea Diving Resort, however, the sudden activity of the hotel attracts many real tourists unaware of the daring operation it hides. Ari soon sees that masquerading as a real business could be the perfect way to disguise what truly happens as they attempt to smuggle refugees over the border, but tensions rise as those involved realise that one wrong move could spell the end for them all.
