The Return

Two young children have to be reunited with his parents after taking 12 years without him, recalling his appearance only by a photograph. They doubt whether it is really or not his father, and have to find the answer in the middle of a trip in which his father takes them to a remote and lonely island, after traveling through the beautiful landscapes of Siberia. This is opera director Andrey Zvyagintsev Russian, with which won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival. Thanks to this work, the director has been regarded by many as the direct heir of the Soviet Andrei Tarkovsky. The film is starring Vladimir Garin, Ivan Dobronravov, Konstantin Lavronenko and Natalia Vdovina.
