The Revenant

Based on a true story, 'The Revenant' follows Hugh Glass, a fur hunter who during an expedition in 1822 was left behind by his mates after he was attacked by a bear. He gets to survive miraculously, and starts a long journey to civilization, with the only goal of finding the ones who thought he was dead, and get his revenge. But Glass will also face other problems: he must deal with a hostile region, a wild America dominated by violence, a devastating cold as well as continuous conflicts between tribes of native Americans. With the inner strength and perseverance as only support, Glass will search to achieve his purpose. Leonardo DiCaprio is the star of 'The Revenant' as Hugh Glass in a film directed by Alejandro González Iñárritu. The cast is starring by Tom Hardy as John Fitzgerald, Will Poulter as Jim Bridger y Domhnall Gleeson as Andrew Henry too. The screenplay is written by Mark L. Smith and Alejandro González Iñárritu based on the novel written by Michael Punke. The original soundtrack is composed by Carsten Nicolai and Ryûichi Sakamoto.
