Plot
Drama film produced by Lithuania, France and Netherlands directed by Alanté Kavaïté ('Écoute le temps').
'The Summer of Sangaile' tells the story of a teenage girl who worship aerobatics aircraft. Her biggest dream is to enjoy one day a experience with these. However, her tremendous vertigo frustrate her from even approaching the aircrafts. Therefore, when she meets a stewardess called Austé she will begin to realize that she needs courage, work and effort to achieve her goals. In addition, little by little, the relationship between Sangaile and Austé will become stronger, giving rise to love.
'The Summer of Sangaile' stars Julija Steponaityté and Aisté Dirziüté and its original soundtrack is composed by Jean-Benoît Dunckel.
